How to make a proposal

1. Post a Temperature Check on the forum and gather feedback for at least 5 days.
2. Hold at least 25,000 $NIMB (or get delegated it) to open a Snapshot vote.
3. Votes run for 7 days and need a 4% quorum.
4. Passed proposals go through a 48h timelock before the multisig executes.

Can I vote without $NIMB?

No, but holders can delegate their voting power to you. Many active delegates hold very little themselves.

Who signs treasury transactions?

A 4-of-7 multisig of elected stewards. Signers rotate every 6 months by vote, and every transaction is listed on the treasury dashboard.

What does the DAO fund?

Open weather-data oracles, climate research datasets and tooling that anyone can use for free.
