When does the cookbook ship?

Pre-orders ship in early March. Signed copies are limited to the first 500 orders.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Most guests are home cooks; we keep groups to 8 so everyone gets hands-on time.

Do you do private events?

A few a year. Send a note through the class booking page with your date and group size.
