How grants work
Every month a rotating panel of 5 reviewers scores applications in public on the forum. Funds are paid in USDC from the Guild treasury, a 3-of-5 Safe on Ethereum:

Half is paid up front and half on delivery. All reviews and payouts are published.

Who can apply?
Anyone building open-source tooling, libraries or public infrastructure for crypto. Solo devs welcome.
Do I need to hold a token?
No. The Guild has no token. Membership is earned by reviewing, mentoring or shipping a funded project.
How long does a decision take?
About 3 weeks from the round closing. You’ll get written feedback either way.
